Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, service your policies, and meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements applicable to insurance producers. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. We will respond consistent with applicable law and our recordkeeping obligations. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
